Industrial Rolling Shutter Doors
Our Industrial Rolling Shutter Doors have been specifically developed for a wide range of applications including Factories, Warehouses, Workshops and Farm Buildings. These doors are available in a choice of finishes including Galvanised, HP200 Colorcoat Plastisol and Polyester Powder Coat finish. The doors can be operated manually either push up/pull down or via endless hand chain through a reduction gear set with the assistance of counter-balance springs. They can also be operated electrically via a 240 volt single phase or 415 volt three phase motor units through various types of controllers.
To compliment this range, we can also offer a Fire Resisting version conforming to BS476 part 22.
Insulated Sectional Overhead Doors
Our Insulated Sectional Overhead Doors are an effective barrier for both security and thermal insulation purposes. Suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, the construction of the door results in an overall 'U' value of 0.6 W/m A variety of track arrangements is available to suit standard, low and high headroom applications. The doors are finished as standard in HP200 Colorcoat Plastisol to the external face. The doors can be operated manually either push up/pull down or via endless hand chain through a reduction gear set with the assistance of counter-balance springs.
They can also be operated electrically via a 240 volt single phase or 415 volt three phase motor units through various types of controllers.
High Speed Doors
These doors are very well suited to entrances subject to heavy and continuous traffic and intensive use. The construction of our High Speed Doors along with the operating speed can reduce the level of energy loss dramatically. Available in both horizontally Rolling and Folding options, they are structurally highly flexible with transparent or coloured (or a combination of both) interchangeable panels, therefore in the case of accidental impact, the damaged panel can be replaced easily and quickly, thus keeping repair costs minimal.
Operation is via a 415 volt twin-speed three phase motor unit through various types of controllers including push button stations, remote control and floor inserted induction loops.
Multi Purpose Hinged Steel Doors
Coletta Multi-Purpose Steel Doors are available in single or double leaf configurations and can be used for a wide range of applications. When fitted with certain hardware the doors can be adapted for Security, Acoustic*, Fire Resisting** and Fire Escape purposes.
The standard finish is Light Gray Zinc Phosphate Primer. At an extra charge, the doors can be factory finished with two coats of Wet sprayed enamel paint in most BS or RAL colours. Hardware available at an additional cost includes Panic Bolts, Panic Latches, Closing Mechanisms, Thresholds, Smoke/Weather Seals, Vision Panels and Louvres.

**Fire resistance 120 minutes in accordance with BS476 part 20 & 22.
