Hinged Bar & Retractable Security Gates
Hinged Bar Gates are generally 'Static Security Grilles' with hinges and locks fitted providing the added security feature of being lockable, while maintaining visibility & ventilation or when closed.
They can be fitted internally or externally and they offer a high level of security and can be designed, manufactured and installed to suit your individual requirements.
They are ideal as added security on an existing door enabling ventilation on a hot days while maintaining a level of security. They also allow full view of visitors before allowing access and are also an ideal and effective security solution as a stand alone item, perhaps over an alleyway between properties.
They are constructed from 16mm or 19mm solid steel round vertical sections continuously welded at 125mm centres to horizontal steel flat section or steel RHS. The whole assembly once manufactured is finished in Polyester Powder Coat paint in a stock colour as standard. The standard lock fitted would be a Chubb 3G114 deadlock.
Our Retractable security gates come in galvanised or non galvanised steel and are Powder coated in white as standard, or from a choice of many colours.
Our collapsible gates are welded using 16mm x 10mm x 3mm steel.
This type of gate is an extremely versatile security product providing protection when closed and remains unobtrusive when open.
The bunched width takes up approximately 15% of the overall opening width.
Lift up or lift out bottom tracks are available, as are a choice of colours & locks
