Rolling Shutters & Grilles

Our range of Commercial Rolling Shutters & Grilles can be installed externally or internally to most Commercial and Retail premises to provide an effective deterrent and barrier to unwanted intruders and thieves. The Shutter Curtains are manufactured from 75mm galvanised steel traditionally curved interlocking slats, available in either a Solid, Perforated (for viewing purposes) form or a combination of both.

Our Grille Curtains are constructed from mill finish aluminium tubes and links arranged over solid galvanised steel circular rods to form a Brickbond pattern.

The Shutters and Grilles are operated either manually (push up / pull down) with the assistance of counter-balance springs or electrically via a 240 volt single phase tubular electric motor unit and various types of controllers.

A range of finishes can be applied, the standard finish being Galvanised (Shutters) or MillFinish (Grilles) Curtain / Bottom Rail with the Guides spray painted Gray rust inhabitant primer ready for site painting by others if required.

Non standard finishes available at extra cost being HP200 Colorcoat Plastisol to the outside face of the Curtain with the Bottom Rail and Guides spray painted in matching colour.

Alternatively, Polyester Powder Coat paint finish applied to the Curtain, Bottom Rail and Guides in virtually any BS4800, BS381C or RAL range colour
(subject to availability).

Collapsible Lattice Gates

Our Collapsible Lattice Gates are available in single bunching or
bi-parting format.

The gates are constructed from mild steel vertical picket section and mild steel channel section arranged diagonally to form a lattice work pattern assembly.The gate assembly runs on fixed mild steel top and bottom tracks and bunches neatly at the side/s and is secured by purpose built key operated locks.

Lift-up or removable bottom tracks can be provided at an extra cost when the gate is fitted to a doorway to prevent accidents. A hinge-aside facility can also be provided at extra cost to enable the bunch/es to pivot and enable a larger clear opening width. The gates are finished in a durable White Polyester Powder Coat paint finish. Other BS and RAL colours are also available.
